How do you balance the volume for the mic/instrument going into the DL4? Or has this not been a problem?

i used it this way to process my voice on the Y2K8 in cologne but didnt have my
guitar through it because it was going through a separate delay(eventide) to do
independent proccessing
seems like the new JM4 adresses this though
