There are three numbers shown on the calibration results dialog,  
first the
total "end to end" latency from the input port to the output port,  
then suggestions
for the input and output overrides.

The input/output suggestions should be close to half of the total  
latency.  If they
are way off then there may be an error in the calculations.  Try just  
dividing
the total latency by 2 and use that for the input/output overrides.   
If the
total latency was reported as 360 then input/output should both be  
180 which
is pretty good.
