So far, I have not been able to find the critical answer, for me: stereo or mono I/O? I've scoured the digitech website, the NAMM article and nothing ... 

Can anyone, definitively, answer that question?

I have a hard time seing how it's many features are operated with just two buttons, though, but as I haven't browsed the manual, YMMV..
