Thank you for posting this link.  Excellent article.

I have wanted to modify the Output and Power control module on my  
Aries synth to provide balanced outputs at +4dbv (to be compatible  
with the rest of my studio).  Currently, I use an Ebtech Line Level  
Shifter to do the job however it is clutzy and I need the Line level  
shifter for other things at times.

Now I need to find out where I can get a couple of those balanced  
differential output chips that are noted in the article.  :)
