Epiphone Les Paul Ultra-II in the loop?

Hi,

Is anyone here playing an Epiphone Les Paul Ultra-II in the loop?

I'm just checking one out here for a couple of days and really like
the sounds you get with the humbuckers and the NanoMag pickup in the
fretboard. Like "Les Paul and Strat at the same time", which is weird
- but that's the sound. Then you can roll off certain characters of
the sound to sculpture it. Must be good for looping since you can
easily layer differently sounding guitar work.
