You need to program "momentary" events => "This means you need to send both
an Off value (0) and an On value (127) to activate a LP1 function. Toggle 
or
latch type of switches will not work. There's an issue when using CC
messages: you have to trigger each CC message twice before the LP1
recognizes it." Btw: Bob is aware of this problem.
