Re: footcontroller recommendations

hey - I just happened to have a look around here, so no need to walk over to www.gordius.be ;-)
Indeed, Os, if your requirements are 2 expression pedals + 2 switches + USB connectivity (and a big display maybe), then the LG-M should do the trick. I do all testing here with a cheap M-Audio black box pedal connected to the module - it has 2 switches plus one expression pedal, so you could add a second pedal next to that. The LG-M has some features which let you get maximum functionality out of just 2 switches. If you would feel like discussing this in more detail you can always contact me off list.
(o yes, that other suggestion - the Moog MP-201 - sure is a very cool and good looking product!)

Regards,
Xavier

well, that sounds like the gordius little giant (LG) would fit your
requirements.
also the module (LGM) if you have the expressions and switches, is
more portable and cheaper.

ask xavier here:

Hi,

I wondered if people could recommend me a MIDI footcontroller.

I'm more interested in expression pedals than switches. Something like
an FCB1010 but with maybe just 2 switches, and ideally USB
connectivity.

Does such a thing exist?

cheers,
os.
