Howdy, If you want a "kill" sitch, just wire it up between hotand ground of the ouput. A toggle will allow you to kill and leave it that way. anormally closed pushbutton will allow stuttering type affects, and, ultimately, a single pole double throw center off will allow both if you get one labeled on-off-(on). These are available from Mouser electronics for about $.50. I have a box full of the miniature ones. You may also want to consider DPDT switches for your pickups,(at least one), for phase reversalof pickups. ore tone possibilities.
