I currently use the Bidule's Audio File Recorder happily, even playing-recording continuosly for an hour or so. I use it when I play in my studio and, for some strange reason, not in live context, till now... If I well remeber, it is possible to record separately each single audio file coming from your looper tracks, which give you the ability to do some mixing work later, but I've never tried it. I raccomend it.
