No crashes ever. Unless I bog down the CPU on purpose, but I simply
don't use stuff that may do that. And my setup is very simple: Just
one Channel Strip and one Output Strip. No parallel effect bussing. On
the Channel STrip I call up different patches for either mic input,
guitar line input or MIDI controlled software instruments.

I had the kind of crashes you mention half a year ago when using the
Bidule plug-in to set up effect loops inside the plug-in. But not
today when sticking with only daisy-chained effects on the Channel
STrip patch and Mobius AU plug-in set to "monitor input" opened on the
output (and after the looper a low cut filter, an autofilter, a multi
band compressor and a limiter)
