I usually do that by opening the channel strip in Logic, because Logic has The Hand Tool which you can use to move around effects and instruments or copy them to other channel strips. But MIDI Control bindings done in MainStage do not get copied this way. Another fast method is to double-click a plug-in to open its GUI and then click the button named "Copy". Then you open a new instance of this plug-in, at the new slot location, open it up and click the "Paste" button. This will copy the plug-in settings, but not MIDI Control bindings. For setting up a MIDI Control binding you need to do the MIDI Learn thing. It's simple: 1. Select the Control Object in the workspace area. 2. Click on "Map Parameter" 3. Click on the plug-in's parameter that you want to map. (for plug-ins located on a bus you do this procedure on the concert level; i.e. selecting the concert at top of patch list rather than one of the patches in the list) Greetings from Sweden Per Boysen www.boysen.se www.perboysen.com
