cheers Bob! this makes me want to share a little story, there is a guy everybody knows here that does sculptures with balanced stacked stones that lay all over the lake, basically he looks for stones and makes up figures, takes photographs of them and sells them to the tourists.I had heard of a bit of his life story because i was invited to play at his 20 years aniversary of his new way of life some years ago so there was a massive party thrown for him from all the people and friends that know him. So i started chatting with him and he said years ago he had houses around the lake, cars,a wife and a fulltime neck tie round the clock stressful job.But it took its toll and apparently he had a seizure from a nervous breakdown. As he laid in the hospital he decided to quit all of it and apparently his wife soon went with it all as well when he gave her the news. Then he went through lawsuits and lost just about everything. Then he grew his hair long and took endless walks around the lake and came up with the stone sculpturing idea.He told me that all those years he never had time to disconnect or enjoy what he had.But now that he has nothing he spends with what little he earns doing what he wants and is in spain half of the year escaping the long winter here and then if he feels like it in the summer he returns or goes somewhere else.So then i asked him what he had learned from all of this and he said" i learned that people are in general stupid because they still dont know what a real millionaire is;-) Luis www.myspace.com/luisangulocom --- Bob Amstadt <bob@amstadt.com> schrieb am Mo, 6.7.2009: > Von: Bob Amstadt <bob@amstadt.com> > Betreff: Re: Going full-time into looping in August > An: Loopers-Delight@loopers-delight.com > Datum: Montag, 6.
