So, there I was, hanging with my good buddies
Gene, Paul, The guy that looks like Ace, and their drummer who spontaneously
combusted during our get together so I forget his name. We were talking about
the usual stuff, our playmate wives/girlfriends, groupies we’ve slept
with, our investments and marketing strategy, you know usual, rock star stuff,
When Gene said, “ Hey Bill, why don’t you do a looping clinic at
the Guitar Player Live Event, in downtown Livermore, and show all those
Shrapnel dudes what real guitar playing is”, And I said, ”well gee Gene,
I don’t know about that, I’m not exactly a shredder, but if you can
pull some strings, I’d be happy to spread the gospel of looping in
Livermore California”. So He sent his body gaurds to visit Barry Cleveland
@ GP, and make a “suggestion” to Barry that he have me come
participate. Barry of course was more than happy to oblige, in fact, his voice
over the phone was positively trembling with excitement, saying the body guards
were still there and would I please tell them that he needed no further
convincing. Those Kiss dudes are sweet guys. Bill |
