Audio to MIDI converter for individual drum tracks sensitive to velocity (windows platform)

Hi gang,

I'm looking for a program that will convert individual drum audio
recordings (e.g. close-miked bass drum or snare drum) to MIDI.

Now comes the tricky part: it should be sensitive to velocity, i.e.
louder drum hits should be MIDI notes with higher velocity.

Platform: Windows XP.

No realtime requirements, a standalone/offline solution is very much 
acceptable.
