I've had great luck the last year with a used MBP I bought on Craigslist here in NY. I'm wanting to upg my daughter's aging Macbook white 13.3 to either same vintage of mine which is @2007 first gen of the Intel Mac's in a 15" or get her last year's black/aluminum MBP 13.3 which Apple has on it's refurb list.
Anybody here had a good experience from a used Mac reseller like Gainsaver.com which eopinion.com reports mixed about it or sloopdog I think it's called or lowend Mac or Powermax? I'm trying to stay below 1K on this.
