Luis, I would be interested in a flat model too. I don't what it would cost to build a flat model but I have seen the inside of an LG myself when I was at the Gordius factory and the inside cabling didn't look too complex. But perhaps Xavier has more info for us weather it would be possible to use a custom housing + the standard LG switches and cabling + LG module.
