i'm into something similar to this, but using the audiomulch paradigm instead, along with some midi plugin tools for automating certain fx parameters that, as cage himself could have said: "irrelevant so as to give them a second thought" on that particular "determined" chaos. examples? panning looped background stuff, adjusting the freq.cut of a wah filter when in "solo" mode, tweaking the speed rate of the tremolo while introducing "harmonic" material, but also, riskier ones like selecting the mobius track or eclectic looper instance where the replacing action will take place ...
i think there are some loopers here doing things alike.
the "audio switcher" on plogue bidule should work great for self-varying setups. anybody there?
