Check the archives.  It's actually come up as a 
topic a couple of times here.  Short answer: 
yeah, it's pretty cool to add rhythmic content 
(although "to really muck things up requires a 
computer" ;).

I've got one, and I know that Rick Walker does 
too, amongst others.  I've even posted a couple 
of tricks in the past to get more mileage out of 
it.  Anything in particular you want to know, 
though?
