I tried Mobius and adjusted its latency compensation so stuff I play
get into the loop where I played it, related to older layers in the
loop. But that's only rock solid within Mobius' tracks, if Live is
playing catch-up by MIDI Clock slave syncing you will still get a
little mezzy timing related live clips and programmed stuff in Live.

I also tried Live's Looper and liked the way it can be used to set a
tempo for Live - without having to MIDI Clock sync Live, that's the
big point. But I didn't like the fidelity or the feel of the Looper
plugin. So I kind of repelled back at Mobius again ;-)) It took over
after my EDP/Repeater about five years ago.
