And there's "Speechless" credited to "Fred Frith with Massacre". However, it's only side 2 tunes with Lawell and Maher and there's a horn trio on most of those songs. Side 1 is mostly with Etron Fou Leloublan, a French avant-rock quartet.

Also, just read about another trio Frith formed with Kato Hideki (bass), and Ikue Mori (drum machines) called Death Ambient. Haven't heard that one yet, however.
