Yes it does…but you can’t choose what CC’s are sent. For example, pressing tap tempo on the looper sends CC#64.

Firmware update 2.0 added Sync to Midi Beat Clock. You can slave sync your M9 / M13 to incoming midi clock but the M9/M13 does NOT send midi clock tempo information, so you can’t sync other devices to the tempo of the M9/M13.….unless you somehow can convert the CC64 message from your tap tempo to set the tempo of other devices, but I’ve never tried that so I don’t know how effective that would work.

The M9 does have MIDI in/out. This seems to be for controlling paramaters, I don't see where it says anything about clock tempo sync.

I've just caught up with this thread bing mostly a software kinda guy.
This piece is beautiful! It paints abstract pictures in my head which is always a good sign!
I'm almost tempted with this pedal....
