Re: Rafa's One Man Band (Live Looping w/ Ableton ScreenGrabs

Oh I've played with bands, and I enjoy it. I also have songs where I use the a/b sections. I've played this song a few times live, usually it's a crowd pleaser. If you care to check out my studio work(where I don't use looping, but rather take the one man band concept into a studio, using orchestra sounds, and horns etc). Thanks again for the feedback y'all.

I agree with everything Andre says.

I find looping one-man-band stuff quite challenging. The listener is used to a certain structure & parameters and thus has quite critical expectations.

Try using A/B song parts, distinct a capella breaks with effective return to the beat etc.

Great voice! I actually agree with Mark: go get a band - you'd have a lot of fun with a playing together with a band

all the best
