I think I have seen you do this at a concert and talking about it as
well. The command is not listed in the manual and I don't understand
your explanation above. If "a loop and all its layers" go into reverse
it is the same as "the loop" goes into reverse because a loop actually
is all its layers. Do you mean to say that only the youngest layer of
a loop is reversed while older layers stay playing in forward mode? (I
remember something like this was discussed during development of
Mobius).
Anyway, I will try it out next time I plug into Mobius. Noticing in
the MIDI Control window here that there are Reverse, Backward and
Forward. Wonder what they do. As I moved into wind instruments some
years ago I kind of had not much use for reverse looping but now I'm
playing a lot of string instruments again and like to explore reverse
more.
