You are exactly correct.  Processing the audio coming out of a looper is 
very cool.  However, I was speaking about the mangling tools that are 
available within a looper.  Other than regeneration, reverse, and 
perhaps pitch shifting, I'm not aware that there is much else one can do 
within a looper... unless there are send/receive jacks but then you are 
outside the looper again.   ;-)
