Cheap small USB interface with low latency?

Hi folks

for certain situations, I'd like to take a small USB audio interface with 
me instead of the Motu Ultralite. It should have 1 mic input and maybe an 
additioal audio input. Sound quality is not the primary issue, 44.1/16bit 
is fine. But latency should be ok for live looping on a Mac.

Do you have a cheap recommendation for this?

PS: no, Apogee duet is too expensive ;-)
