Each key can have up to 6 outputs that can be notes, program changes, 
CC#'s, 
OSC.

ok, but this is the *last* time

for loop functions the EDP uses either Note-On
OR CC, never both.
The CC needs to be accompanied by a matching cc with value 0
as an equivalent to Note-Off.

Program Change commands are used to select EDP presets.


I'd guess that it's six notes *per Key*.
