SoftStep latency

Hi,

I have tested jitter using an acoustic hammer (for impulse response
measurement)
with a driver of known latency. I then wrote a program that compared the
receipt
of the audio when I hit a SoftStep key and the USB MIDI receipt of
message.
Results were consistently 3-5 ms. Mac OSX 10.6 2.33GHZ Core 2 Duo.

Great news,
a lot of folks been waiting for this.

What's the latency/jitter on the production model for sending a note-On?
(essential for loopers)

Oh...and what about the price!

ps. please check out the Gordius range before claiming "most versatile"
  (they have a screensaver ;-)
