Any news on MIDI pedalboard Softstep's shipping date?

Hi Everyone,

I was planning to buy the Softstep pedal since it was originally
scheduled for release "by the second quarter", if my memory serves me
correctly. This did not happen and today I was struck by the all too
well known symptom of a dying Behringer FCB1010. Help! My third FCB is
going belly-up, gigs are incoming and no word on the Softstep... I
would really love to get a chance to avoid a fourth FCB. Has someone
heard anything on what's up with the SS manufacturing?
