interesting Kevin, I must say that I am not impressed with my Vexer Fuzz 
Factory so far, I love the sound but for the second time (and just when I 
need it) the on button crapped out on me. I sent it for repair the first 
time (2 months!) and then just before my y2k trip it went out again :( 
hence 
the Swollen Pickle to replace the substitute MXR Classic Fuzz that I was 
going to use..I understand that it is difficult to replace the switch also.

I won't mention names but I was told that the Vexter versions are built to 
different specs, it's not just the lack of hand painting that get's the 
price down (grumble)
