Hi Jeff & Rainer,
I installed 1.43 last night. Nice job, Jeff! It's the smoothest update I've seen.
It does occur to me, as Rainer mentioned backwards compatibility that if one could optionally attach a binding configuration to a preset (in the preset dialog), it might be helpful at least until the user starts to get a grip on scripting.
