What it does do is provide a 1.5s delay with a feature that is no doubt unintentional. Works like this: just an example If you make a loop at 1.5s and then shorten the delay time to 0.1 seconds the 1.4s of audio in the rest of the loop is stored... ..an will still be there if you return the delay time to 1.5s. That's because they didn't bother, or didn't have the processor power to kuill the artefacts when changing the delay time. For certain LDer's that might be a glitchy GAS feature.
