You probably know this, Mark, but in Audiomulch to
change buffer size you may have to go to settings > control panel and change
it there, then close AM and restart it. With my Tascam USB interface the lowest
setting is 49 samples and the highest is 512. I use 128 and am quite happy with
that. It does depend though, on what options your actual soundcard driver gives
you.
