Of course, the are plugins! Which means they pick up on the host's tempo through the plugin format sync function, be it VST, VST2, VST3 or AU. Augustus Looper is a bit more advanced, since it can also be used as the sync master that sends out MIDI Clock tempo related to the length of delay loops (it can be used as a looper too).
