at about 3:00 he starts talking about his effects...

this is late 90s i think, he's using a rat, short delay (boss i think), pds8000, and lexicon 1/2 rack reverb (can't remember the name, is it lxp-5?)
i believe it's the same setup he's using for "ghost town".

the little loops he creates on that album sound very similar to what he does in this vid.

i have watched this vid, WAY TOO MANY TIMES. it is most good

i think the pds8000 was his replacement for his 80s EH16ddl.
