Don't bother with a full DAW like Live, that's just overkill. You
simply need one application to transfer the box into a guitar rig. I
would suggest AmpliTube 3.5 in standalone mode. Set it up with a MIDI
floorboard for stomp boxes, rack effects and tap tempo. For the rest,
follow Todd Matthiews' hints.
