I wish I did.

The old Mac program Hyperprism used to be able to do this - just one  
of the many, many quirky things it could do.

I still keep one old OS9 Mac around and refurbished so I still have  
access to it.

But I too would sure like to know of a modern VST plug-in that I could  
run in MaxMSP that does this.
