well said, Kevin.  in addition I'll offer my girlfriend's recent resolution which I've taken on as well, to be more of a doer than a thinker.  This tends to eclipse the need for judgements, complaining and negative speak as well.  Not easy to do, as I'm prone to all that as much as the next person.
