dropbox and paypal

Howdy,

 
i'm going through something right now. Paypal shows a payment to a vendor, 
then a refund of that payment. On my bank statement, it shows 2 
withdrawals on the same day. So, now instead of $0 I'm out $98 for this 
mistake. I'm trying to get it ironed out. We'll see
