http://www.loopersparadise.de/en/pro.php?p=544 is the only place I find it online which makes it after conversion about $380! Yikes!

I just got off the phone with Mike Nelson at Boomerang and he confirmed they
have in stock and are shipping the Sidecar, a proprietary foot controller
for the Boomerang III. I didn't ask him how much, but IIRC it's somewhere
around $400 list.
Of course, he can't discount it without pissing off his vendors, but give
him a call and see what he can do for you.
