I just ordered my Sidecar from my local
retailer (same place I bought the “Rang III) and my cost will be $230 +
tax. They are just ordering the one for me, so bigger outfits that can order
larger numbers may get a better price. In other words, YMMV.

that place also sell the 'Rang III for $870. So I just bet that when MF or Zzounds

Boomerang and he confirmed they
have in stock and are shipping the Sidecar, a proprietary foot controller
for the Boomerang III. I didn't ask him how much, but IIRC it's somewhere
around $400 list.
Of course, he can't discount it without pissing off his vendors, but give
him a call and see what he can do for you.
