Bowls HD (yep, Tibetan singing bowls)
Sound Epic (time stretching ala Paulstretch)
NLog Pro (synth & arp)
Trope (generative synth)
Addicitive Synth (synth & arp, highly configurable)
And yes, Garage Band (tho' limited compared to the "full" non-iOS version)
