Re: Boomerang Alternative All Stop/Play/ RC300 vs Rang III

I've been using the Boomerang for lower profile gigs or ones where ahem....size matters.  The pedalboard setup I have for those situations is quite a bit smaller than the behemoth pedalboard I use for higher profile, higher energy gigs.  That board includes the RC 50.  (As well as a POD X3 LIve, and the two combined along with a couple others makes for a 'widow maker' of a board).

There are things I like better about the basic looping features on the Boomerang.  I've found them to be pretty seamless, but as I said I'm finding it a bit harder to be singing and doing all stop stuff at the same time with the Boomerang.

That RC300 HAS to have different loop lengths for each track.  That would be idiotic to regress from the RC50 which has that to then not having it on the RC300.  I still might use an FS5 for that for all stop, as that is the way I roll with the RC50.  It's just nice to be able to have that 'free' if you will, not attached to my board, so I can have right under my foot.
