I hear you Richard,is a wonderful hight fasting, its amazing how much free time one all of the sudden has,you realize how much time preparing cooking and cleaning takes, not to mention the energy your body constantly needs to digest,a definetly spiritual experience and you have more time to loop as well:-) i fast every year around springtime 7 days, starting to let go with fruits, then soups and after the third day it was water from boiled vegetables only but last year i got a bit dizzy while at work so that was the last time for me with only water. I will be juicing this year,it should get me high as well;-) cheers Luis On Sun, Oct 23, 2011 at 5:12 PM, richard sales <richard@glasswing.com> wrote: > Lucky you!
