Render as file on disc, but that ain't real-time. However, it may be
ok for an application that works similarly to Ableton Live in that you
don't actually record audio but your mangling of playback of audio
that already exist as source files on disc. Then the interesting part
is your mangling performance and you may leave the iPad to take its
time to render a high quality audio file of that.
