Phil Jones briefcase bass amps are amazing, but not light, not cheap, and not 9v(12v).
Still if put in a wagon they are mobile, and are listed at 100watt, amazing. A 9v regulator could be used for powering boxes. Likely not as mobile as you are looking for.
