One thing that I value about this list is that I find myself being more selective about which posts I read and respond to, since its not as easy to follow every thread. I guess I just figure its worth the extra effort to glean the wisdom on the topics I need, and I can always search and find more later. Maybe it depends on how easy it is for people to search for topics? I usually just do in my own email that I've downloaded. Maybe I'll try Gmail though, although I don't want Google to get all my personal information. Does anyone know their policy on using information that we store in their "cloud"?
