Here's abetter idea. Co-operatives. Capitalism where the people who work for the business share the profits. Goodbye massive inflated wages for the few at the top and hello fairness.

I reckon it's a better system - and it works. You are more likely to do a better job with more enthusiasm and commitment when you know you're going to benefit.
