There are two choices.  If you have effects plugins besides Mobius that you want to sync to the master MIDI clock, then do as Per and Simeon suggest and have Live sync to the MIDI clock, and configure Mobius to use Sync Mode=Host Beat or Host Bar.  You will need to have the Live transport running for this to work.

The other option is to have Mobius open the MIDI input device and receive clocks directly.  In recent emails I've been saying this is dangerous, and it can be, but it's relatively safe in Live as long as you make Live not open the same device.  In Live's MIDI Sync preferences for the row containing the MIDI device make sure the Track, Sync, and Remote buttons are all Off.  Then in Mobius open the MIDI Devices window and select
the device in the "Plugin Input Devices" panel.  Configure Mobius to use Sync Mode MIDI Beat or MIDI Bar.

The advantage of going direct to the MIDI device is that the clocks won't pass through Live and you won't be dependent on how well Live tracks the clocks.  This may work fine, but I've never tried it. The disadvantage of going direct is that Live won't be receiving the clocks so any temp0 sync'd effects like panners or tremolo won't follow the master tempo.

...need some guidance here.  I have a new project with three of us using laptops and Live.  One guy is using his laptop to create all the beats and rhythms.  I am using Live for guitar and looped bass lines, and another guy is using Live for his keyboard/synth sounds.  I am the only one using Mobius in Live and I want to sync Mobius to the guy playing the beats on his laptop.  What is the best way to to that? 
 
We tried taking a MIDI out from his laptop and into mine, and I could see in my Live that it was receiving something, but I wasn’t able to get Mobius to sync to it.   What is the best way to sync Mobius in Live to an external sync signal from another computer?
