I'm not exactly sure what these do, but you should click on any item that shows BCR 2000 and select "None". This may be diverting some of the MIDI messages sent by the BCR for Live control. > I ignored those for the most and went to the lower half of that > screen where it had midi ports track, sync and remote with the BCR as > an option then my audio interface sync port and output with the BCR. > Following Jeff's advice, I made sure ONLY sync was on for the BCR > input. No, the Track button needs to be On and the Sync and Remote buttons need to be Off. I think Sync determines if Live will follow MIDI clocks from this device which does not apply here. Remote determines if Live will use the MIDI messages for its own purposes which we don't want. You only need Track. > One last thing, I programmed ther FCB to be sending ONLY note > messages, nothing else was selected and yet every second press of the > note button (so two pair of on/off messages) it was throwing a control > message that had a label that seemed to change from session to > session. I'm not sure what that is, but as long as you don't program Mobius to respond to the extra CC it should be okay.
