I personally love love love the GR-55. I think it's the best bit of hybrid midi / COSM kit Roland has ever made. -Am using a GK-3 just mounted externally on my lil Steinberger GL2T. I haven't tried the plain pitch to midi conversion yet but if the built-in synth tracking is any indication, it's fabulous! :) I'm seriously and happily impressed! woohoo! -Now to start playing some actual music again… ;) Smiles, Cara :) --- View my Online Portfolio at: http://www.onemodelplace.com/CaraQuinn On Apr 25, 2012, at 4:20 PM, Kevin Cheli-Colando wrote: I have a Godin Synth Access Guitar with an Axon unit and I love it. I don't think its configured properly and that makes it all the better (ghost notes and the like). I can play it properly and get only what I intend or I can have a synth duet with randomness. But the Godin guitar is great. I haven't heard people complaining about the GR-55 or VG-99 so I'd suppose the Roland gear is good to go as well.
